Sylvia Jarrell Fulp

Mrs. Sylvia Symon Jarrell Fulp, 83, passed away Monday, September 19, 2022. She was born September 26, 1938 in Rockingham County to the late William Walter Jarrell and Helen Williams Jarrell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Larry Clyde Fulp Sr.; brothers, John Jarrell, Junior Jarrell; sister, Rosetta Payne; brother-in-law, Arnold Payne; sister-in-law, Margie Jarrell. Mrs. Fulp was a member of Women of the Moose, where she was very active. Prior to her marriage to Larry, Sylvia was an officer in the Salvation Army. She is survived by her children, Clyde (Debbie) Fulp Jr., Jacque Fulp, Gene (Kim) Fulp, Michael (Tammy) Fulp; grandchildren Grayson (Charly) Fulp, Erin Fulp, Kaitlyn Fulp, Carson Fulp; sister-in-law, Betty Huskey, and several special nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Wednesday, September 21, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Gentry Family Funeral Service in East Bend. A graveside service will be conducted Thursday, September 22, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Gardens of Memory in Walkertown. Online condolences may be made to www.gentryfuneralservice.com.
