Teddy "Ted" Brooks Canup

Mr. Ted Brooks Canup, 85, passed away Sunday, November 23, 2025. He was born August 18, 1940 in Kannapolis, NC to the late Herman and Ella Canup.

Mr. Canup was retired from Marsh Furniture Company in High Point with 35 years of service.

He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Pam Johnson Canup; children, Shaun Safrit (fiancé April Price), Kim (Paul) Douglas; grandchild, Zachary Douglas; brother, Dean Canup; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends 12:00 PM until 1:30 PM at the funeral home, Friday, November 28, 2025.

A graveside service will be 2:00 PM, Friday, November 28, 2025 at Arlington First Baptist with Rev. Chris Alford officiating.
