Teresa Ann Baxter

East Bend – Teresa Ann Baxter, 61, passed away Monday, November 18, 2024. She was born January 15, 1963 to the late Ralph Clinton Baxter and Martha Thomas Baxter. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brothers, Donald Baxter and Randy Baxter. She is survived by her children, Craig (Samantha) Baxter, Sevin (Kaitlyn) Poff, Elizabeth Penta, Delia (Joseph Nestor) Baxter; grandchildren, Jeremiah Baxter, Wyatt Baxter, Tucker Vest, Amelia Nestor; brother, Dwight (Miriam) Baxter; and several nieces and nephew.
