Thomas E. Mack

Mr. Thomas E. Mack, 80, passed away on Friday, July 3, 2026. He was born in Akron, Ohio on December 7, 1945 to Rudolph Mack and Helen McCafferty Mack. Thomas served in the United States Army. Following his time in the service, he was an insurance underwriter. He was a die-hard Ohio State fan. Thomas loved to go places and enjoyed traveling to many states and even to Canada with his wife, Anna. He was an avid gambler and coin collector. Thomas was quite the jokester and always had the best sense of humor. More than anything, he loved his family dearly. Thomas will be missed by all who loved him.

He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Anna Collier; step sons, Robert (Kelly) Angel and Dannie Angel; grandchildren, Keegan Delamater, Gage (Morgan) Angel, and Miranda Angel; and sister-in-law, Sue Collier (David Freeman) and their family. He was preceded in death by his parents.

No formal services will be held at this time. The family requests that donations may be made in Thomas’ memory to the veteran’s association, Wounded Warrior Project at support.woundedwarriorproject.org. Gentry Family Funeral Service is serving the Mack family.
