In Loving Memory of Tina Marie Mullis Caudle

With heavy hearts and profound gratitude for a life well lived, we announce the passing of Tina Marie Caudle, who peacefully entered the presence of the Lord on July 1st, 2026, after a courageous and grace filled battle with cancer. She was surrounded by the love of her family and the comfort of her faith. Born on September 14th, 1961, in Surry County to the late Joseph Henry and Mary Lou Mullis. Tina lived a life defined by compassion, strength, kindness, and unwavering love. She was the beloved wife of James Lee Caudle, with whom she got to spend 47 beautiful years of laughter and unconditional love. Above all else, Tina treasured her family. She was a loving and devoted mother to her three children, who were her greatest pride and joy. She celebrated every milestone, offered endless encouragement, and created a home filled with warmth, acceptance, and love. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren brought immeasurable happiness to her life. She cherished every hug, every laugh, every holiday gathering, and every precious moment spent making memories with them. For many years, Tina faithfully served her community as a Child Protective Services worker. She dedicated her career to protecting vulnerable children, advocating for families, and offering hope during life's most difficult moments. Her work was not simply a profession—it was a calling. She approached every family with compassion, fairness, and a heart determined to make a difference. Countless lives were touched by her kindness, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to helping others. Even throughout her courageous journey with cancer, Tina remained a source of inspiration. She faced each challenge with remarkable strength, dignity, faith, and hope, teaching everyone around her what true courage looked like. Though cancer affected her body, it never diminished her loving spirit or generous heart. She will be remembered for her gentle smile, warm embraces, wise advice, generous heart, infectious laughter, and the way she made everyone feel valued and loved. Her legacy lives on through the family she cherished, the children she protected, and the countless lives she touched through her kindness and service. She is survived by her loving husband, James Lee Caudle; her three beloved children, Jennifer (Mickey) Ravit, Mary Ellen (Chris) Caudle and Jimmy (Latoshia) Caudle; her seven cherished grandchildren, Whitney (Gabriel), Ashton (Aranza), Alexis, Dahlia, Christian, James and Abby; her six precious great grandchildren, Kason, Kelton, Everett, Onyx, Lennox and soon to be Baby C; Her Mother Mary Lou Mullis, brothers and sisters Teresa (Luke) Eddleman, David (Anita) Mullis, Jody (Becky) Mullis, Susanne (Junior) Wiles and Rebecca ( Harold) Caudle. Along with many other family members, dear friends such as Karen, Vicki, Wilkes County Child Protective Service, Tina's Team and all who were blessed to know and love her. A very special Thank You to Casey, Mandy and Scott that loved our Mama the same as we do. She was preceded in death by her Father Joseph Henry Mullis, her Sister-in-law Nancy Jane Childress and Her Father-in-law James Marvin Caudle Jr. A celebration of Tina's life will be held on July 11th, 2026, at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville with visitation beginning from 6-8pm. Her funeral service will be July 12th, 2026, at 3:00 pm at West Yadkin Baptist Church. She will lie in state from 2:30 PM - 3:00 PM and the burial will follow in the church cemetery In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Mountain Valley Hospice, 516 Hawthorne Drive, Yadkinville, NC 27055. Floral tributes are welcome and may be sent to Gentry Family Funeral Service at 5108 US Hwy 601 N. Yadkinville, NC 27055 on mama’s behalf! Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville is serving the Caudle family. Though our hearts are broken, we find comfort knowing that her pain has ended and her love remains with us forever. Her life was a beautiful example of faith, compassion, selflessness, and unconditional love. She leaves behind a legacy that will continue to inspire generations. "Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth." Pslam 46:10 Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live. St. John 11:25 Forever loved. Forever missed.
