Tony Nathan Garris

Mr. Tony Nathan Garris, 78, passed away on March 29, 2025. He was born on July 12, 1946 in Surry County to the late William Dean and Dora “Ella” Hall Garris. Tony enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening, golf, and being outdoors.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Judy Holleman Garris; and two brothers, Gayle Garris and Jimmy Garris. Tony in survived by a daughter, Sandy Garris (Brian) King; grandchildren, Holly Linquist, Nathan King, J.T. King, and Katlyn King; 12 great grandchildren; a sister, Brenda Ann Garris; a brother, Larry Garris; and a special companion, Angel.
