William Robert Pierce

     William Robert Pierce, 65, went to be with his Lord and Savior on the 14th of September, 2026. He was born to the late Robert and Carolyn Pierce on February 4th, 1961 in Washington D.C. William loved watching football, especially the Carolina Panthers. If he wasn’t watching Sunday football, he would watch the NASCAR race. Throughout the years William also enjoyed collecting and made impressive collections of coins and hot wheel cars. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his niece, Mindy Hardy. He is survived by his daughters, Crystal Munoz, Heather Valencia; grandchildren, Angelica Valencia, Natalie Valencia, William Rodriguez; sisters, Jane (JB) Lowery, and Cindy (Craig) Milan; and numerous nieces and nephews. A private graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 17th, 2026, at St. Paul United Methodist Church Cemetery with Mark Brown officiating. The family would like to extend a special “thank you” to the kind and caring staff of Mt. Valley Hospice for the care and support they showed. The staff of Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville will be serving the Pierce family.
