Willie Jackson “Jay”
Willie was preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Anne Jackson; his beloved grandmother, Ruby Lee Jackson; and his aunts, Fannie Jackson and Joanne Jackson. Though they departed before him, their love, wisdom, and traditions remained with him throughout his life, and their memories continue to be honored by those they leave behind.

He leaves to cherish his memory his beloved wife, Olga Silva; his daughter, Lucinda Denise Farris; his stepfather, Raymond Vannard Williamson; his brother, William Bell; his uncles, Paul Jackson, Toney Jackson, Richard Wingate, and Melvin Jackson; his aunt, Marie Johnson; and a loving family that includes Audrey Brooks, Michelle Silva, Jasmine Silva, Stephan Spring, Caleb Silva, Mia Silva, Legend Isley, Julie Isley, Isaiah Isley, Julian Deshazor, and Naliyah Tolbert, along with a host of cousins, extended family members, and dear friends who loved him deeply.
——— ◆ ———
Each of them carries a piece of his spirit, his wisdom, and his love. Jay will be remembered for his laughter, his stories, and the way he made those around him feel grounded, protected, and valued. His legacy lives on in the lives he touched, the traditions he honored, and the love he shared so freely.
