Willie Edward Jackson

Willie Jackson, lovingly known as “Jay” departed this life on Friday, July 24, 2026, at the age of 55. Jay was a devoted son, loving husband, proud grandfather, cherished family member, and loyal friend. He was known for his kind heart, warm smile, and the love he shared with those closest to him. Although he lived a quiet life, the impact he made on his family and friends will never be forgotten.

He leaves to cherish his memory his loving family, including his beloved wife, children, grandchildren, siblings, extended family, and many dear friends. He was preceded I death by those family members who welcomed him into eternal rest.

Jay will be remembered for the love he gave, the memories he created, and the strength of the family bonds he treasured. His presence brought comfort to those who knew him, and his memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who loved him.

A memorial service will take place 2:00PM Saturday August, 1 2026, at Gentry Family funeral Service of Yadkinville. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
